Who controls your data

The controller of personal data submitted through this website is IT Helpdesk Dominik Pacanowski, Tax ID (NIP) 5571707913. For anything related to your data, write to kontakt@online-support.pl.

What we collect and why

Contact form: name, email address, optionally phone number and company name, and the content of your message. We use them only to reply and, if relevant, to prepare an offer.

Chat: the conversation and, if you provide them, your name and email address. They are used to hold the conversation and send replies.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying to correspondence).

How long we keep data

Chat conversations are deleted automatically after 180 days and form messages after 12 months, unless the correspondence turns into a working relationship. In that case we keep the data for its duration and for the period required by law.

Who receives your data

Data is stored on servers of the hosting company LH.pl in Poland, which processes it on our behalf. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

Cookies

This site only uses the cookies needed for it to work, listed in the table below. We use no advertising, analytics or third-party cookies, and fonts and scripts are not loaded from anyone else’s servers.

You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will then not remember your language and will show the cookie notice again.

If you use the chat, your browser stores a conversation ID in local storage so the conversation is still there after a reload. You can remove it with the “New conversation” button.

The “I am not a robot” check runs entirely in your browser and sends no data to third parties. To protect against spam, the server briefly stores a hash of your IP address, never the address itself.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to kontakt@online-support.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

Do you have to provide data

Providing data is voluntary, but without an email address we cannot reply to a form message.
