Let your systems do the work.

We implement AI solutions, automate repetitive work and build custom apps for phones, Windows, macOS and Linux. And when something stops working, our helpdesk steps in.

What we do

Three areas that usually overlap: automation relies on AI, and an app brings it all together into one tool for the team.

AI solutions

We put language models to work where they actually save time: documents, emails and customer requests. The setup depends on the data you have and on where that data is allowed to be processed.

  • An assistant that answers questions from your company documents
  • Reading invoices, contracts and forms straight into your systems
  • Sorting emails and tickets, with suggested replies
  • A chatbot for your website or messaging app
  • Models running on-premises when data cannot leave the company

Business automation

We look for the places where someone retypes data from one system into another, copies files or builds reports by hand. Then we make it happen on its own, with a full history and an alert when something goes wrong.

  • ERP, CRM, online store and accounting integrations
  • Reports and summaries sent automatically on schedule
  • Document and approval workflows
  • Bots that operate software without an API
  • Notifications by email, SMS, Teams and Slack

Custom applications

We build apps around the way your business works, instead of making people work around off-the-shelf software. From internal tools for a few people to apps published on the App Store and Google Play.

  • Mobile apps for iOS and Android
  • Desktop software for Windows, macOS and Linux
  • Web dashboards and team systems
  • APIs and background services
  • Taking over and developing existing software

What it looks like in practice

An example from accounting. An invoice arrives by email, the system reads it, checks it and passes it on. A person only steps in when something does not match.

  1. Invoice email Attachment lands in the inbox
  2. AI extraction Tax ID, amounts, line items
  3. Order check Matched against the ERP
  4. Accounting system Document booked
  5. Daily report Summary posted to Teams
Needs review Mismatches go to a person with all the details

Platforms we build for

We choose the technology to fit the project, not the other way round. If an app has to run on several systems, one shared codebase is often enough.

  • Windows .NET, WinUI, WPF, system services
  • macOS Swift, SwiftUI, menu bar apps
  • Linux Services, servers, Docker, command-line tools
  • iOS Swift, SwiftUI, App Store release
  • Android Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Google Play
  • Web Dashboards, customer portals, APIs

One codebase for many systems: .NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native, Tauri.

And when something breaks

We run a helpdesk for companies without their own IT department, or ones that need to take load off it. Most software problems can be fixed remotely, with no waiting for a visit.

  • Application errors and crashes
  • Windows, updates and drivers
  • Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams
  • Software installation and setup
  • Backups and file recovery

How we work

  1. Conversation

You tell us what eats up time or what needs to be built. We ask about the details that usually only surface during rollout.

  2. Proposal

You get a description of the solution, scope, timeline and cost. Specific, not vague.

  3. Build

We work in short stages and regularly show a working version rather than a progress report.

  4. Rollout and support

We launch, train your team and stay around for questions and new needs.

Common questions

Do you work with small businesses?

Yes. Automation often pays off most in small teams, where every hour of manual work is felt. We scale the scope to the size of the company.

Where does our data go with AI solutions?

We agree on that at the very start. We can use cloud services with a data processing agreement and servers in the EU, or run a model locally on your own hardware.

How much does an app or an automation cost?

It depends on the scope, so we start with a conversation and then give you a specific quote. A simple automation usually takes days, a larger app weeks or months.

Can you take over an existing system?

Yes. We start by reviewing the code and documentation, then tell you plainly what is worth developing and what is better rewritten.

How does remote helpdesk support work?

After you report a problem we get in touch and, with your permission, connect to the computer using remote desktop software. You see everything we do on screen.

Tell us what you need

Describe the project or the problem in a few words. We will reply by email, and if you leave a number, we can call you too.
